This Halloween I popped down to the creek with this lovely family who I have just been waiting to ask me to take some photos. I was so delighted when they called me! It really was one of the last good fall weekends where the leaves were just at the tail end of their colour.

We spent some time throwing leaves and letting Oliver "run" down the hill. This age for walking is just hilarious. It didn't take much of an incline for him to lose balance and face plant (softly) into the leaves. But the best part was when he started climbing trees and then popped on his lion costume. He was delighted to hear all my animal impersonations, especially the elephant.
