Summer has come to an end, and so we had one of our last outdoor cake sessions I think for the year. It was beautiful on Saturday, but as the sun hid behind the trees, the cool evening air set in. The days are getting shorter and shorter! But that didn't keep us from a little sugary indulgence in celebration of a girl turning one!

Saturday evening we had a girly whimsical cake smash in James Gardens as the sun was close to setting. Deanna was wonderful! She showed up happy, happy, happy! Such an inquisitive and cheerful people person, she is! She must have said "HI!!!" about a million times during the session, waving to each dog and passerby. She played peek-a-boo in the tent and smashed that cake around! She was clearly in her element! Happy Birthday Sweet Girl!
